We don't send work out. Every machine below lives in our Mahwah shop, and it's what makes custom and one-off requests possible, not just the products already listed on this site.
PRINTING
UV Flatbed Printing: Rigid Materials
Direct printing onto rigid substrates up to 2" thick acrylic, PVC, aluminum composite, wood, glass, foam board, and metal. Built for signage, awards, dimensional logos, and displays that need to hold their shape. Not suited for anything that needs to bend or fold.
UV Flatbed Printing: Specialty Finishes
A second flatbed printer built for smaller objects and specialty finishing, raised spot-gloss texture, embossed effects, and clear varnish detailing, plus a flexible-ink option for surfaces that need to bend rather than stay rigid. This is how we add dimensional texture and finish effects that a standard flatbed can't produce.
Large-Format Paper & Fabric Printing
Wide-format printing across paper and fabric substrates, posters, backdrops, fabric banners, and soft-signage applications.
Digital Book & Booklet Printing
Digital press printing for booklets, manuals, and multi-page documents, paired with our Fastback 20 perfect binding for a finished, bound product.
DTF Apparel Printing
Direct-to-film transfer printing for garments, full-color designs on shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, and polos, produced and pressed in-house.
Roll Printing & Cutting
A combined printer and cutter that handles roll-fed materials in one pass, including both kiss-cut (label peels off backing) and through-cut (fully separated piece), for stickers, decals, and window graphics.
Roll Sticker Printing (SnapPress LP-1)
A dedicated digital label press for high-volume roll sticker production, separate from our print-and-cut equipment, built specifically for running sticker and label orders efficiently at scale, with consistent, repeatable color from the first roll to the last.
CUTTING & SHAPING
Precision Roll Cutting
Straight, precise cutting of printed rolls into finished sheets or panels, the equipment behind large-format prints like printed timeline charts and multi-panel displays that need clean, accurate cuts across a big surface.
Laminated Material Cutting
A cutting plotter dedicated to contour-cutting materials after they've been laminated for finished pieces that need a clean edge cut through the laminate layer, not before it.
CNC Routing
A CNC router for dimensional and structural cutting, custom packaging, boxes, POP displays, and rigid signage that needs to be cut, scored, or shaped rather than just printed and trimmed.
Laser Cutting & Engraving
A laser system for cutting and engraving wood and acrylic, engraved signage, layered acrylic pieces, and custom wood products with fine detail work that a router or blade can't achieve.
Sticker Die-Cutting
Dedicated die-cutting for sticker sheets and rolls, clean custom shapes cut from printed sticker stock.
Business Card Cutting, Slitting & Creasing
An automated cutter built specifically for business card and postcard production, slits, cuts, and creases full sheets into finished individual pieces with precise, repeatable accuracy.
Corner Rounding
Rounds corners on business cards and other cut pieces for a softer, finished edge.
FINISHING
Large-Format Lamination
Lamination for large-format prints, adds durability and a finished look to posters, signage, and menus.
Foil Fusing & Lamination
A dedicated foil and lamination machine that fuses metallic foil (gold, silver, red, and specialty finishes) onto printed pieces, the equipment behind foil-accented business cards, wedding invitations, and place cards.
Notepad & Referral Pad Assembly
A glue-padding stand that binds individual sheets into finished notepads and referral pads with a clean, glued edge.
